In order to support the Finance for Support & Services controlling department, Airbus Helicopters is looking for a
Spares & Warranty Controller Airbus Helicopters Deutschland (d/f/m)
As a financial controller you will be a co-pilot for the financial performance of the organization by planning and challenging, analyzing and giving advice to the
organization. You will be supporting the execution and ensuring the data quality and be responsible for the communication for your local business partner. You will ensure compliance and enforce finance processes and raise finance awareness within the business.
Your location
At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Material management (Spares) controlling for Germany under the lead of the group controlling coordinator
End to end performance management of the activity (around 250 M€ revenue) including the monthly closing, the OP (5 years Business Plan) and the various forecast of the year on P&L, Balance Sheet and Free Cash Flow
Perform yearly budget and monthly Cost control
Profitability analysis: Cost base evolution (material cost and activity cost), Contract profitability, Pricing Policy impact
Support new project & BCase
Support operational in understanding business evolution & participate to action plan creation
Aircraft Warranty monitoring and controlling (monthly actuals and annual review of budget with program)
Basics for activity controlling are in place, the target for the next years will be to focus on continuous improvement in order to transform our support, to better accompany our business partner in the financial challenges he is facing
Desired skills and qualifications
Degree in economic science, business administration or comparable
Experience in the financial sector
Advanced knowledge in Excel
Familiarity with SAP is a plus
Strong sense of accountability and commitment to continuous improvement
Autonomous working spirit and the ability to work independently
Fluent in English with excellent negotiation skills
Knowledge of German is a plus (willingness to learn is required)
This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
