Description
Foundever ™?? keeps up with the virtual progress, which means that we implement the complete application process via video conference! All you need to take part is a PC or laptop, a headset, and an internet connection.
We are currently looking for DUTCH speaking customer service representatives working from Berlin.
YOUR TASKS:
You advise our Dutch speaking customers via phone and email and increase customer satisfaction by solving requests promptly and competently.
WE OFFER:
Fulltime employees receive:
- Fixed salary of €2080 / month gross
- Language bonus of €200 / month
- performance bonus of up to?€200 / month
- Various options for contracts –?20 to 40?hours a week

YOU OFFER:
- Fluency in Dutch and German
- Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
- PC literacy
- Previous customer service experience preferable
- Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines
- You enjoy learning and adopt knowledge easily
- You are empathetic and socially competent
