About the Role
How you will contribute:
- Personnel management in the inbound/outbound department including work assignment and briefing of employees and temporary staff
- Contact person for employees and temporary staff on operational issues
- Planning, control and collection of incoming goods/outgoing goods and goods movements within the agreed customer SLAs (Service-Level Agreements)
- Ensuring on-time processing of orders including complete and safe unloading/loading and handling of vehicles
- Reporting of damages and complaints, support in complaint and damage handling and corresponding documentation
- Coordination and compliance with specified targets, KPIs, SLAs and customer requirements
- Processing of returns, stock transfers and transfers in the warehouse management system
- Responsibility for compliance with procedures and processes
- Development, creation and continuous updating of process descriptions and work instructions for the specialist department
- Support for projects within logistics
- Daily and weekly reporting (internal and external)
Your Key Qualifications:
- Completed training as a specialist for warehouse logistics or comparable training
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the warehouse sector with personnel responsibility
- Confident handling of MS-Office applications
- Fluent in written and spoken German, as well as good English skills
- You have a high degree of personal responsibility, independence as well as planning and organizational skills
- You have a dynamic, goal-oriented and team-oriented personality with good communication skills and are able to work under pressure
- You enjoy working in a varied and exciting work environment for a global customer in a 2-shift system
