Essential Responsibilities

  • Coordination and Administration between the Offshore and Onshore Warehouses in everything related with tools/consumables delivery, movement and control
  • Administrate Purchase requisition requirements and invoice follow up – clearance to enable payment and closure.
  • Administrate site warehouse and logistics procedures
  • Support the Site Manager in scheduling activities and ensure tools and equipment are available and ready for scheduled activities
  • Control the Project EHS Wear for commissioning activities on time
  • Support the Commissioning Tooling returns
  • Co-operate in the prevention of work-related accidents and ill health, and the promotion of environmental good practice by adopting appropriate behavior
  • Supports and participates in HS&E improvement initiatives
  • Support the Site Manager to ensure the safe and efficient transfer of tools and equipment to the windfarm site.
  • Coordination of the PMO to Services hand-off of surplus Project tooling and equipment upon project completion.
  • Works with the wider GE team to share best practice learning across the business

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Some experience within a Project support organization
  • Ability to support in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with wide range of technical and managerial personnel
  • Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen training
  • Ability to make decisions when within the job scope description.
  • Ability to work within structured work methods
  • In Depth Understanding of English Language (All Project procedures / processes / commisioning drawings are in the English language as GE is an international company)
  • In Depth Knowledge of working within a strong EHS system
  • Strong Safety culture and the ability to uphold GE EHS requirements
